A Facilitated Stretch session with Rayshan includes 10 minutes of percussion therapy followed by a variety of assisted movements specified for your goals. Which helps improve your flexibility, reduce stress and pain, increase blood circulation, and enhance your lifestyle with 1:1 Facilitated stretch sessions.
