Our personal training sessions are designed to empower you both physically and mentally. Trainer: Jennifer is our Certified Personal Trainer(CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach, certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM). Her training philosophy is based on the principles of consistency, motivation, and enjoyment. She aims to create a supportive and motivating environment where clients can thrive!

Price: $70/hour and $45/half hour.

Time: We understand it becomes difficult to take time out. That’s why our trainer will schedule day and time that works for you. Call our office to schedule one on one training session.
